A Saudi youth, Abdullah bin Mubarak bin Manahi al-Buarouq al-Bishi, threw petrol at his father and burned him in a horrific crime that rocked the area of Bisha, in Assir, Saudi Arabia, on Monday executed the death sentence for the perpetrator.Yesterday, the Saudi Interior Ministry issued a statement on the implementation of the death penalty in the province of Ghaila, detailing the crime and the investigation and trial procedures in the murder case.
The ministry said in a statement that Abdullah bin Mubarak bin Manahi al-Buarouq al-Bishi, a Saudi national, committed to kill his father by pouring gasoline into his house while he was sleeping and setting fire to it, which led to his death. She added that the security authorities had arrested the culprit and that the investigation had led him to charge him with his crime and refer him to the General Court. He had issued an instrument to prove his guilt and to sentence him to death with a fine.
The Ministry further indicated that the Court of Appeal later upheld the ruling, as well as the Supreme Court, and issued a royal order to enforce what was legitimately decided, and supported its reference to the offender.
The ministry pointed out that the execution of the killing was carried out on Monday 11/10/1439 in the province of Bisha in Asir region.
The Ministry of the Interior also stated that when it announces this to the public, it affirms the government's keenness to establish security, achieve justice and implement the provisions of God in all those who violate the safe and shed their blood. At the same time, it warns those who wish to do so.
