Turkish Attorney General: Khashoggi was strangled before being mutilated and disposed of

The Saudi journalist, Jamal Khashoggi, has been strangled before his body is cut down and disposed of and no longer exists, Turkish Prosecutor General Irfan Vidan said on Wednesday.
