Places on earth advised not to visit, 2- Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum, China

Farmers discovered the tomb of the first Chinese emperor, Qin Shi Huang, in 1974, and archaeologists have since found nearly 2,000 clay soldiers, and expect that there are 8,000 more undiscovered.

Despite the excavations, the Chinese government prevented archaeologists from touching the central tomb that housed Chen Shi Huang's body. The decision is partly due to respect for the dead, and also because of the fear that current technology is inadequate to carry out excavations without damaging ancient artifacts.
