Big Ramy is the first Egyptian and Arab to achieve “Mr. Olympia” for two consecutive years, the largest and most famous bodybuilding championship.
The first five places and financial prizes:
- Egyptian Mamdouh Al-Subaie, first place, 400,000 dollars.

- Iranian Hadi Chouban, with $100,000, in third place.
Fourth place: American Hunter Labrada, $40,000.
Fifth place, Englishman Nick Walker, $35,000.

Immediately after announcing his victory in the award, Al-Subaie said: “I thank my fans around the world and I want to dedicate the award, to the spirit of George Peterson, and to my friend Radwan, whose father died two days ago, yet he did not leave me alone. All my friends, especially Mohamed Mohsen and Mohamed Asab.
"I promise my fans around the world I will do everything to keep them happy," he added.

When asked, is it possible for him to win the title a third time? Big Ramy replied, "God willing, I will win the title many more times."

And several days before the launch of Mr. Olympia 2021, the American bodybuilding star, George Peterson, died suddenly. The cause of his death was not announced, but several press reports indicated that the cause of death may be due to problems related to diuretics that bodybuilders use to expel fluids retained in the body before participating in major tournaments.
