A man kicking a dog and being punished immediately (video)

A security surveillance camera recorded a strange incident in which a man tried to assault a dog walking in the street, to punish him very quickly and get his punishment right away.

The camera showed the man kicking a dog that showed no threat or hostility to him. The aggressor lost his balance after kicking the ball and fell to the ground and hit his head with a parked car.

The man then managed to get up quickly, trying to catch up with the dog, but he quickly reversed it and went the opposite direction, while he appeared to be in an unbalanced state.
